Handpicked and hand sorted into 1.5 and 2 ton open top stainless-steel fermenters. The cap was gently punched down by hand three times per day. After gently pressing, the young wine was transferred to French oak barrels to complete fermentation.

Tasting Notes
Argentina’s most famous grape variety is stunning when grown in the Walla Walla Valley. This Malbec, with its striking inky purple hue, is truly captivating. The nose has an enchanting bouquet of blueberry, blackberry, huckleberry, and marionberry, interlaced with hints of cracked peppercorns and cocoa nibs. On the palate, it presents deep, dark mountain berry flavors that dance gracefully with notes of graham cracker and vanilla. The wine’s balance is impeccable, with silky, supple tannins that lead to a rich, delicious finish. Enjoy!
